I'm sure people are aware of this issue.

I've tried to call customer service but I keep getting transferred from one person to another and everytime I'm transferred the call quality diminishes. By the 3rd or 4th person they cannot hear me.

I read another topic and someone from paypal is responding but she says that you have to at least call them and have them try and fix it before she can try. WHAT DO I DO??? I tried on my cell and my landline and they can't hear me on either of them.

Does anyone have any ideas for me?
