How do I link PayPal Extras credit card with Quicken 2011 for transaction updates, etc?

Welcome to the boards!

 

The available method to do so would be to download your Transaction History into Quicken or another spreadsheet application via the History page.  However, this will only capture payments that were made directly through your PayPal account, so if you're using the card offline as well, you may need to manually enter a few transactions.
