I made my first purchase with Pay Pal - Where does the Online Site allow you to pay it off?

I just want to pay my bill off.

I am not late.

I have received nothing in the Mail or Email on paying off an Account.

I cannot find a Telephone Number to contact PP.

The online Chat produces no answers.

I made a purchase.

I need to find a way to pay it off 100%.

If I am not wrong, PP does not want me to pay it off.

I listed a Visa as a Payment Source but PP did not charge my Visa Card.

Yikes!

I need help, please?

Welcome to the boards!

You can schedule or make a payment to PayPal Smart Connect by clicking on Make a Payment under PayPal Smart Connect when you first log in.  You'll be prompted to select a method to pay from there.

If you don't see Make a Payment under PayPal Smart Connect, click on Profile at the top of the page and then on PayPal Smart Connect. 

This should allow you to make an online payment to them and resolve any outstanding charges.

Hello Adrian, 

I have been using my paypal smart connect account since octuber. I have been making payments before my due dates and also I got some refunds but my statement balance say one ammount and my current balance reflect 3 times my real balance. Do you know why is it?

I tried to contact Paypal by phone and chat but I didnt get and answer.
