The link was finally fixed and I was able to upload a photo, etc, but in the meantime I had asked to get the due date of my bill changed since it fell 1 day after I get paid, was told sure just call customer service, only to be told that they just couldn't do that but they could tell me all about the many benefits of PayPal.  At that point I told them change the date or cancel the card and they chose to cancel my card.  Of course, the new card arrived in the mail 2 days later, but I am so fed up with the lack of customer service over these little things that I am no longer using PayPal.  I don't want to imagine what they would do if there was a big problem.  Run in circle, scream and shout, would be my guess.

I created and designed the image from scratch, I am the only person who own this original image, which I could provide proofs as well. However, it always was not accepted. In the e-mail, they don't provide any reason for it not being accepted at all. All I received is a list of guideline again.

"Aviod using:

  • Any trademarked, registered, or copyrighted image or logo, including images copied from the internet.
  • Representations of celebrities, athletes, musicians, or any other public figure.
  • Provocative content, including nudity, profanity or violence.
  • Anything that might cause the card to be refused or other problems at the point of sale."

My artwork is NOT any trademarked, registered, or copyrighted image or logo including images copied from the internet. It is NOT representations of celebrities, athletes, musicians, or any other public figure. It is NOT provocative content, including nudity, profanity or violence, and it's also NOT anything that might cause the card to be refused or other problems at the point of sale. It's just an cartoon character that I created. I don't see anything wrong with it.

Moreover, the customer service is really bad. I called the Paypal Customer Service, and they transfter me to the Paypal Extra MasterCard. The Paypal Extra MasterCard said they don't responsible for this kind of issue, then they transfered me back to Paypal Customer Service. I got transfered between these two number for more than an hour, and I still couldn't find anyone to talk to regarding this issue...
