Ebay credit card, very unhappy w/it.

I  am so unhappy with the Ebay credit card that I want to stop using it but can't because they have multiple payments that they won't refund. I made those payments in order to avoid insufficient credit messages. I didn't know credit limit was $250. I also didn't know that they put a 2 week hold on any kind of transfer. I also didn't know that the advertised 2% REWARDS was only 1.5% if you wanted the REWARD to be used as cash. I feel like a real dummy. I hope this helps some other dummy.
