Did Not Receive PayPal Mastercard Sign Up Bonus

When I signed up for the PayPal Extras Mastercard about a month ago, there was an incentive stating that if you spent a certain amount before the end of the month, you would receive $20. I fulfilled those requirements and didn't get anything.

Got my $20, but I had to call customer service and wade through several layers of call redirection.
