Smartconnect and back up account

Hi, I'm just really confused; I want to use my Smartconnect Debit MC as my main source of payments thru Paypal, but I also want to be able to back up those funds if I go over my credit line limt using my bank account. I can't seem to find where to do that. Is it possible to do?  When I go into the backup funding links, it looks like it allows one payment method. Can anyone help me figure this out?

My profile and back up card with your banks account # and routing #.

Funds will automatically be withdrawn from either savings or checking.
