I made a purchase on March 13 and the order was voided by the merchant the morning of March 14 due to a glitch in their system during the checkout process (which caused me to place two of the same order on 2 different accounts). So the merchant voided the PayPal purchase...I used my PayPal Mastercard and the funds were taken directly from my PayPal balance.
It's now March 18 and I see no refund in my account. Is this typical or should I have be refunded by now?
