Paypal owe me £89.98 can,t get them to pay me phoned so many times over the past 2 weeks keep getting fobbed off sending me to different dept .ive talked to 9 different people now ..can someone help !? i closed my paypal credit account with my bank and paypal but they still keep taking money from my account ..they have acknowledged this but yet no refund ..this has been going on since may2019 ..
