So I contacted Syncrony Bank via online access to request a lower interest rate as my company is shut down until further notice. I did not ask to postpone payments as I can make the minimum payment monthly. Sychrony refused to lower my rate (currently 26.9 %). I will absolutely remember this when the pandemic is over. I will never do business with them again. Has anyone else had this issue? What is paypal's relationship to Synchrony Bank?
