How can I use my paypal credit it wont let me I called they said they dont know why it's probably the merchant. Please help thank you

Welcome to the PayPal Community.

 

You may need to check with the merchant if one of their payments options is PayPal Credit or if there are any issues with them receiving funds through PayPal.
