I am struggling to find an email or even a phone number to the collections or asset recovery department with Paypal Credit. I had Paypal Credit 4 years ago. I got behind and the amount I owed was sent to an outside collections agency. The debt was paid. I want to email a letter. Do they have ANY contact information?!
