I have 2 purchases made under the 6 months same as cash and one is 3 months old, the other is 1 month old and PP and not taken any money out of my auto pay account to pay them off nor did I find a way to make payments specifically towards those charges. They still seem to be able to use auto-pay to take my regular PP credit payments and any charges with the plane PP account.
I've sent them emails asking what to do but have not received a response. What do I need to do so I'm not charged interest on those purchases?
