I have sold items on Ebay and have been paid into PayPal. The funds from the EBay transaction are now available for use in PayPal. I have followed the process on Ebay to pay with the available PayPal Balance but when clicking on PayPal Balance icon, it takes me to the PayPal Wallet and there are no funds available. I know i must be missing something here but i cannot for the life of me find what it is to get this available fund to link to the wallet so i can use this money to pay EBay. can someone please help unlock this secret?
