Recv tech error when attempting to transition from paypal to paypal credit. Pls don't send me links from the help center or suggest to clear cache and cookies, restart comp, wait 30 min, wait 48 hrs, etc. I've called, chatted, emailed to no avail. This requires IT assistance.
