Setting up Direct Debit in Paypal Credit

Whenever I try to setup my direct debit payment I go through 'Add a Bank Account' but then 'Select your bank' appears with nothing on it. I've tried using different browser but it doesn't help, still have a blank window. 

Also I have chosen instalment plan from my selected store, does this mean that they will take the money from my bank account straight away or do I have to set up direct debit in order for my monthly payment to be processed?

Having the exact same problem, I already have a bank account and card linked but it still says I cant 

make a payment or set up DD. Wish I'd not bothered now, more hassle than what it's worth and it seems 

PayPal don't give a damn also

Yes, I am also having this issue. In the meantime I have been transferring money from my bank account to my PayPal Balance and paying via this. 

I'd prefer the direct debit to actually work though!
