Rigid and Horrible To Work With

I've had two horrible interactions with Paypal recently.  I was mis-lead in September about interest on a charge and had to pay the interest anyway.  There was no forgiveness or willing to work with me in any way, so I was forced to pay it.

 

I just missed a payment by a day, which is for sure my fault and I take accountability for that.  But it was one day, and I paid a third of my balance.  I had an issue in December where I thought Autopay was set up and it wasn't and they waived a late fee for me then.  But now they won't waive this late fee, again by missing it by one day and calling in.  I understand the rolling 12 month rule, but I've been a customer for a long time with $1000s in transactions and never an issue.  You would think an exception or something could be made for this second mishap.  

 

Working with long time customers and try to help them is what keeps them around.  There are many options these days besides Paypal.  I will try to use others if at all possible in the future due to the extreme inflexibility and lack of customer service.
