Paypal sent me $10 in credit last month, will I have a fee for that? I don't have a paypal credit or debit card nor do i have a cash account, but will i still have to pay? I haven't touched, used, or claimed the credit either. It's just sitting there.

Hey @TA_3,
Welcome to our Community!
It sounds like the credited amount is in your available balance. Therefore you should be able to use it or even withdraw the funds. Normally, you would have received an email explaining how you can use the credit balance.
Thanks
Martin
