I bought a product from Xiaomi UK but cancelled within an hour. They refunded the money to paypal credit immediately. However, under promotional offer it is the right purchase amount (correctly) but a remaining balance of £19. Can someone please explain what is this remaining balance is? Am I being charged extra? Thanks.
