Greetings!
I'll make this as concise as possible: I've paid my balance in full twice in quick succession. Once on November 6th, 2020, and yet again on November 7th when it said I had a $94.80 balance. Yet after both times, clicking the option to pay the "The Full Amount" didn't keep the number at zero. I believe the second time, there was around a $200 balance due. Now, at the moment, there's quite a bit of a balance due to some company purchases. However! I would like an explanation for what happened and, if it was a glitch, a generous refund.
Many thanks,
