So I have been trying to pay my PayPal credit every time a few hours later I get a message saying is this you trying to pay this amount 1 for yes or 2 for no I put back 1 as it is me then I get a message saying they are declined the payment even thow the money is there in my account I have two bank accounts that’s have been on there for ages I always use them I have tried both accounts it’s asked me to change my password 5 times now it’s not allowing me to pay my bill I’m going to end up with a late fee as they are not allowing it I have spoken to both banks and it’s PayPal refusing the payment but PayPal say it’s the banks I have no idea what to do any help would be appreciated
