I can't send my Mother money with my PayPal Credit Account. There are sufficient resources and there are no holds. Thank you in advance for any suggestions.
PayPal credit is designed to allow you to purchase items from sellers and merchants. It cannot be used to send personal payments so this may be why you are not able to complete this.
