I've noticed that on my Monthly PayPal Credit Account I am being charged fees, and interest. The amount is exactly the same for both. This is a personal account and not business so I do not know what the monthly fees are for, and they are always the exact same amount as the interest. Is this a way of getting double the interest out of customers without officially advertising loan shark rates?
