Has anybody ever been able to raise the credit limit for their pay pal credit. I have had that account for going on several years now have bought and paid off numerous items down to a zero balance paid on time every time but then when I tried to buy something would put me $3.99 over my limit it gets declined. I can find nothing on this you would think they would have it in the help section but I can't find anything.
