Hello! It's been a week since I received a refund. The transaction on my summary does show that the amount has successfully been refunded to my debit card but the amount has still not been credited to it. I need those funds for my college fee. So, is it normal to experience this amount of delay in your refunds or should I contact PayPal through their toll-free no??
