I recently bought a MacBook using PayPal credit and set to a standing order - when I checked my account today u found the FULL BALANCE had come out! Is there a way PayPal can refund the monies so I can start paying it off monthly. I can’t get through to anyone in customer service because of COVID 19. Does PayPal have a live chat????
