Today we got a letter address to my husband that his Paypal credit is now going to be handled by Synchrony. The odd thing is that as far as we know he doesn't have Paypal credit. The Paypal account is in my name and not his. Is there a way to go online through my account to see if Paypal Credit exists or do we need to call in? Maybe we applied and do not remember, but I thought we applied last year and were turned down? But my memory is fuzzy, so I'm really not sure.
