Hi I have a purchase on my Paypal credit that is paid over 48 months. It’s saying I haven’t made a payment this month even though I’ve paid £350. The problem is caused because the money comes off of another credit purchase first. My direct debit is showing as no payment due because I’ve made the £350 payment. The amount due is £20 but I can’t see a way to make it credit any of the payments to the required monthly payment on the 48 month plan. It’s infuriating. Please can you help?
