are the Solomon Islands open for PayPal. can a person in the Solomons open a PayPal account if so? is it via the Australian web page or Solomon islands URL. Where can I go to find this information, please?

Yes its available, but you are restricted in using it to send funds for purchases only and you can't receive funds for payments for selling.

can I send a payment to a member in the Solomons then? if so is it the normal process of them sending me a request or do I just send them the money?
