My partners PayPal account has been hacked...they changed telephone number then email within a few minutes so we cannot gain access through his login.
We tried to call but due to virus the service was not on offer and referred us back to his account via login!!we did what we could re contacting bank etc . Then He sent a reply to the change of circs emails he received but as suspected they referred us back to his account via login. So I am hoping one of you knows how to speak to someone if locked out of your account.
