for over 3 months now I can not list or edit any selling listings on Ebay. I have called every few days for months to ebay and paypal and nobody seems to know what to do. I am sick of not being able to use my ebay. When I try I get: PayPal email - Email address cannot be used for PayPal payments at this time.
