Im buying something off facebook and the seller sent me his paypal.me where i can put in how much i am sending and a note, there is a tick box for the goods and services but how do i get the seller to make like a request of funds to me through goods and services with a note telling description of item so i am covered in buyer protection?

That can't be done via a paypal.me link BUT you can click the goods/services option and then put in the note section EXACTLY what you are paying for.
If you are not happy with that then get the seller to send you a money request or invoice with all that information on.

Kudos / Solution appreciated.
