My husband's mobile number appears to be connected to some one else's paypal account. They do have the same last name and the email used is my icloud email. He is receiving text messages from Paypal regarding security measures, etc. He doesn't even have a Paypal Account (he is a dinosaur!) however I have a Paypal account. What can we do to fix this.
