I am worried about receiving money....
So this person is claiming to be a charity who will pay for my service dog's training. Naturally, I'm a little suspicious given that they responded quickly and are saying that they will pay a couple thousand dollars. We are low income and have barely anything for my medical bills to begin with, so I want to make sure I'm not falling into a scam, and if I am, that I'm protected by paypal.
is it okay to give this person my paypal email address to send money to? and if I transfer it to my bank, am I protected? can they access anything that is mine? I just want to make 100% sure that I am safe and I have nothing to worry about through paypal.
