Wiring money with Paypal. From myself to myself internationally. Possible?

Hi There! I was wondering if there was a way to use PayPal to send money from a bank account I own in one country to another bank account I own in another country. I haven't used this service before so I might be asking this because of some basic ignorance I have in regards to the way in which PayPal actually works. I would be really excited if there was a way to more or less wire myself money internationally without having to deal with different banks. Thanks!

It is possible depending on the countries in question: US and (?).

Add funds (available only for some countries so planning ahead is crucial) to PayPal balance of one account, or simply fund the transaction by selecting your bank account during payment process to send money to your other PayPal account, exchange rate/currency conversion fees and PayPal fees may apply depending on the country, then transfer it to your linked financial instrument, again, depending on the country.
