Hello I have just set up a small business in the UK and a new PP account, site is advising me to download this form and complete before I can use my account.
I've downloaded the form, but it looks to me like this is a US Tax Form, of which none of it makes sense?
I am in the UK, why do I have to fill this is, and if so how?
