I made a purchase on Ebay and I was $30 short so PayPal charged my bank account. That's all fine except a couple days later I received an email saying that Paypal wasn't able to "debit the amount from your bank account because there were insufficient funds". I certainly have money in my bank account and I tried to add money again to resolve my now negative PayPal balance but that also failed. Any ideas on how to get this transfer working?
