I miscalculated the shipping of an order - and would like to only refund the overpayment of shipping made by the buyer.

Click on the transaction in your paypal account and the refund option is at the bottom of that page, you can do a part or full refund.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
