Hello:
I have a paypal business account, I have never used it as a business so bit pointless but there we go. I have a paypal access mastercard, which is very useful and I use it a fair bit when selling stuff online. I want to apply for paypal credit but cannot. My questions are:
1) If I downgrade from business to personal do I lose the mastercard
2) My credit history is a poor due to some very poor decisions in the past! Will I likely be turned down for paypal credit anyway?
