Payments on hold too long.

Payments on hold for long, can’t seem to get in contact with PayPal agent to help speed things up..any leads ?

Everything is taking longer at the moment due to reduced staffing levels at paypal to process release of payments / withdrawals / disputes etc etc.

Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
