I am a researcher at ENS Paris-Saclay.
I have set up an experiment where I will recruit participants and pay them according to their performance.
I am looking for a service that enables to make the payments by sending email to the participants (knowing the fact that the payment should be different for each participant).
However, the university cannot advance the funds. Therefore, what they need is to make the payment to the participants first, and then they reimburse the totality when they get the invoice.
Does it seem possible for you to set such partnership with Paypal (or another company)?
