Thank you for reaching us thru Community Forum. Payment after delivery is not been offer however PayPal offers buyer/seller protection plan. Once transaction is poated on your account and there is issues on the item. We can offer assistance to help you about a refund

PAD IS AVAILABLE in the UK, just not in the US. As per link only offered to users with linked and confirmed bank accounts.

HOWEVER due to the covid virus i don't think its being offered on checkout at the moment, probably due to cash flow and processing issues.
