Hi, I just moved to the UK (flew in yesterday) and have an Australian international visa debit card. I just tried setting up a paypal account with this card and my account was successfully made, but then I got a notification saying that I couldn’t use the account until I verified more information. I tried entering my auntys UK home address when prompted but the “Next” button remains grey, I can’t click through to the next option. I’ve checked the address I’m putting in and it’s definitely right. I got annoyed so I just tried to cancel my account but PayPal won’t let me do that until I confirm the address. Help! How do I get out of this vortex?

Paypal is country specific so if you move countries you have to open another paypal account in the country you reside in and add an address / phone number / and bank accounts from within that country.
You are supposed to withdraw any funds / resolve issues / remove cards and bank accounts before you leave your old country. If you don't then you may have problems doing so once you have moved.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
