So a month ago I was selling my Boring Company Flame Thrower on ebay for $1,000 and it ended up selling. However, after it sold Ebay decided to remove my listing so I could no longer see it on Ebay. Since I was not sure what to do, I contacted the buyer and asked him if he would like a refund. He told me to do whatever I wanted, so I gave him a refund. Now Ebay wants me to pay around $100 in fees even though I gave the buyer a refund. What would happen if I didn't pay the fees? They claim that it will be sent to a collection agency for the balance owed, however, is that even possible? They dont have my SSN anywhere, not even on paypal. However, the do have my full name and address. What should I do?
