As I understand it the Money Pool facility is not available to those with a Business Account? I have a Business Account for work which has not been used for many many months but I need to up a Leaving Collection facility for a Manager who is leaving. As I've used Money Pools in the personal account, I felt this is the best option currently, particularly with everyone working at home and not being able to put together a physical collection.
I thought I might be best to cancel my business account and set up a personal account with my work email address? Does anyone know if this is possible or have any ideas on how I can set up a collection-style facility using my Business Account?
