I am having trouble interfacing my Rollo label printer with my eBay account. The settings on my printer are 4'x6"right side up- which I have verified with sample labels, but when I print the labels of my eBay customers they are sideways and half size. eBay has virtually no information on label settings in their help center. Since the label information goes through PayPal, maybe the final adjustment rests with PayPal? That is where the print generates, I guess. So, which platform takes precedence- Rollo, eBay or PayPal?
Any help would be appreciated.
