Help! Sent money from paypal to my bank account, and they disappeared

Please advice whether Paypal is regulated by Financial Services Authority in US or in UK?

I'd like to report them - sent money from my paypal account to my bank account (both are linked), and money disappeared. 

It's quite a substantial amount, and it's 3rd day now. All I've got from paypal was a letter that I'm a "valued customer". 

What a hypocrisy!!

Withdrawals are 2-72 hours in the UK.

There has been evidence of slower withdrawals this week, unrelated to the recent Easter break. There is no official statement at this time, however we can assume that PayPal are working on resolving the cause of these delayed withdrawals.

In the meantime however, I can assure you that PayPal have not stolen your funds. I will not comment on your point regarding a complaint to a regulatory body, however I can confirm that PayPal are compliant with all of their obligations and requirements.
