Dear Mantaria, I have absolutely the same problem, and on the top paypal took money from my bank for xoom transaction which has "pending refund" status since 05/11/20, and today is 12/11/20. Spoke to xoom yesterday and was informed is quite rude way that they don't owe me money, everything was refunded. They requested prints screens of the transactions and my bank statement, these were provided, and I haven't heard anything from them since that. What did you do to recover your money? It's a substantial amount of more than £2K in my case, and I am terrified thinking about time and efforts I have to undertake to recover the funds. Keeping in mind xoom was fined by USD31million in 2015 for fraudulent transfers, I feel I have no chances... Please let me know what steps did you take to succeed? With kind regards,
