Paypal Help wrote "To see the latest fees, click Fees at the bottom of any Page" I did not see

Legal bottom of paypal pages > user agreement > select your country from the drop down box > FEES.

Advice is voluntary.

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
