Hello. I've tried to contact paypal through phone but they always hang up so i try to contact them via email but the automated bot always shows up. When he asks me if he could have helped me i choose "no, i need more help" and then it automatically closes the conversation and won't let me contact customer support in any way possible. What do i have to do now? Thanks

Since yesterday now I have been trying to connect my paypal account to doordash, every single time I have gotten the message "An error occured while contacting PayPal. Please try again." After contacting doordash support I was told it was a problem on paypal's end. So far, I have used a different browser, used 3 different devices, and cleared all browser history and cookies. Is there anything else I can do to troubleshoot this or do I need to wait for someone at paypal to look into it?

Whenever I addressed my issues to message center, it's automatic reply, they're not addressing our problems, please can you provide me customer support/service/agent or to post our problems directly to email address.

If you don't think we can help you then your options are.........

1. Paypal phones are slowly re-opening and increasing in numbers (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.

4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.

I am VERBALLY impaired due to having my voice box removed last year, and all I get are CANNED responses to ANY request I have for someone to HELP ME resolve a case!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Contact options for Paypal are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages...
